Ecopportunityx Shrine!
EcopportunityX is an ongoing Interactive horror and science fiction webcomic written and illustrated by BWOOOM. It stars an unnamed gray child trapped in a facility, staging their escape after waking up in the immediate aftermath of a mysterious incident. The comic debuted on February 2, 2022.
Kid themself is very charming and has their own moments despite being controlled by a bunch of random people. They're very kind and silly and generally navigate the horrors of the EcopportunityX building well. Though this is mostly due to ignorance.
I can't really talk a whole ton about it without getting into "spoilers" but i highly reccomend it if you can handle it! EcopportunityX contains blood, gore (of stick figure characters), body horror, and eyestrainingly bright colors. Please read with caution.

The major difference is that we know concepts like death, computers, and other stuff. So kid isn't on our "level" but in a way we are the same.
Quote: Kid's Narration, page 38.
"You look up at the cracked light on the ceiling. Red stuff’s coming from it… weird. So it comes from computers, people, and lights. Sometimes."
One thing notable about EOX is that it dolls out its foreshadowing very early, even in "useless" moments. With characters showing up early and some things are implied but do not make sense until you see the explanation later.
Additionally since there's normal people kid does meet, the weird environment of post incident EOX is their normal, and you get insight on how messed up that is! Even if the weirdness (other than the deaths and the arm beast) is usually (but not always) largely harmless to them, like the Ball Pit Beast
It's at this point where it starts being empathized just how young kid is, where we get a direct comparison of height between them and Ashley.
The facility isn't danger-free either, but there are only ever two major threats, one of which is a beast made of arms that Ashley and kid wound, making it flee.
Quote: Kid's Narration & Ashley, page 43.
“Now, how to distract it.” You take out the portable surprise. “A party popper? Where’d you get that…?” You tell them you got it from the Ball Pit Beast. “I still have no idea what that is. But, uh… Well, the noise would just point it towards us… If it can even hear. My hypothesis is that it feels vibrations through the floor rather than hearing. It didn’t go after anyone who screamed, just people who… ran…” They shake their head, as if to snap themself out of something. “But, uh, maybe throw something? From this height, anything that isn’t super light should make enough of a vibration on the floor for the monster to feel it.”
Eye In the Sky
Eye In the Sky is an ongoing horror and science fiction webcomic written and illustrated by Bunquest. A security lady sees much more than she was ever supposed to, and a janitor she's close to goes M.I.A in the aftermath of a mysterious incident. The comic debuted on June 18, 2023.
EITS lends itself to being a incredible fancomic that matches the general style of the original comic wonderfully (helps with the original panels provided by the comic's author it seems.) along with having character concepts that fit in with the originals cast.
